A MOPAR Classic: “Sublime Green” 1970 Dodge Charger R/T
Ah, the 1970s…the “Golden Age of Medicine”, wasn’t it? 😉 Lots of physicians remember those days. Every doctor wanted to be like Marcus Welby, M.D. Yes, those were the days…
For car enthusiasts, this was the heyday of the “Muscle Car” era. American muscle was the king of the road. Many will say that after the muscle car era, American cars have never been the same. Just tune in to any car show auction on TV and see for yourself what kind of dough ($$$$) the best classic muscle cars are fetching…your eyes will pop out of your head for sure!
When it comes to American muscle, many will say the king of kings is spelled “MOPAR“: If you want the official translation, this is short for “Motor Parts” (MOPAR is the automotive parts and service division of the Chrysler Group). If you want a more appropriate translation, MOPAR stands for “Mash On Pedal, Accelerate Rapidly”. 😛
The American Muscle Car Era was one consisting of wild engines, wild cars, and wild paint colors/schemes. And what better way to represent the storied era than THIS car…a 1970 “Sublime Green” Dodge Charger R/T (“R/T” stands for “Road/Track”)…

So let’s go back in time for a bit. Look, listen, and feel the vibe…it’s the 1970s all over again: 😉
